How It Works

One form. A real answer.

No portal logins, no document pack up front. Describe the deal in plain English and we’ll do the lender legwork.

01
Send us the scenario

Use the form at the top of this page. The asset, the amount, the client’s situation and where it’s stuck — that’s enough to start. Documents can wait until we know which lender we’re aiming at.

02
We check it against the panel

We run it past 30+ lenders, including non-bank and private funders, and read the actual policy before we tell you anything. If a lender needs a phone call, we make it.

03
You get a straight answer

Within 2 business hours: yes and how we’d structure it, no and why, or the one or two things that would change the answer. We don’t leave deals sitting quietly in a queue.

What We Can Place

The ones that don’t fit the calculator.

Clean deals are easy and everybody wants them. These are the scenarios worth sending us instead of writing off.

Self-employed
ABN under two years, low-doc, or income that doesn’t read cleanly on paper
Credit impaired
Defaults, arrears, a discharged bankruptcy or simply a thin file
Unusual assets
Older units, private sales, specialised machinery and imports
Low deposit
Deals that need a lender comfortable at a higher LVR
Tight settlement
Auctions, end-of-month deadlines and same-week settlements

Financing something for yourself? This page is set up for brokers, dealerships and referral partners sending us a client’s deal. If the finance is for you, the Apply for Finance form on our home page is the faster route — or refer someone else and earn on the introduction.

Send It Through

Worst case, we tell you why not.

Five fields and a paragraph. Nothing touches anyone’s credit file at this stage — it’s a policy conversation, not an application.

What Happens Next

Every scenario ends up as somebody’s deal.

When you send us a client, they get a broker who calls back. Here’s how that side of it tends to go.

How fast will I hear back?
Within 2 business hours for most scenarios. If it needs a conversation with a specific lender’s credit team, we’ll tell you that on the first reply rather than going quiet on you.
What should I put in the description?
The asset and price, the loan amount and term, how the client earns their income, any credit history worth knowing about, the deposit or trade-in, and the deadline. If you’ve already been declined somewhere, tell us who and why — it saves us both a step.
Does submitting a scenario affect anyone’s credit file?
No. We don’t run a credit check at scenario stage — this is a policy conversation, not an application. A credit enquiry only happens later, with the client’s consent, if they decide to proceed.
Who can submit a scenario?
Brokers, dealerships, accountants and referral partners sending us a client’s deal. Consumers can use it too, though if the finance is for you the apply form is usually faster.
What if you can’t place it?
We say so, and we say why. Where we can, we’ll tell you what would change the answer — a larger deposit, a few more months of trading, a co-borrower, or waiting for a default to age. You’re free to take that anywhere.
What does it cost?
Nothing to submit, and nothing to be told no. On deals that settle we’re paid by the lender. If you send us scenarios regularly, our partner program sets that relationship up properly.
